Power inverter is bidirectional

Focus:

For applications with positive and negative battery buses that may become unevenly loaded, a symmetrical flyback converter based on a 555 timer IC serves as an inverting dc transformer and swaps charges between the two battery buses to balance the charges on the two batteries.
