Control Multiple Stepper Motors Through A PC's USB Port

Focus:

Using simple logic circuitry and application software, a USB-based controller implements control of four stepper motors. Design uses a USB-to-FIFO module, which eliminates the designer's involvement with USB protocol and allows easy control of the module's functions via any high-level language.

What you’ll learn:

  • How to control multiple stepper motors via a USB interface
  • How to build a USB-based stepper motor controller that eliminates the difficulties of USB interfacing
