Reference design: wide range 200W L6599-based HB LLC resonant converter for LCD TV & flat panels

Focus:

Schematics and a demo board are presented for a 200 W ac-dc power supply, which was developed to to power LCD TVs or monitors. The circuit consists of three stages----a front-end PFC pre-regulator based on the L6563 PFC controller, a resonant half-bridge converter based on the L6599 controller, and a 7-W auxiliary flyback converter based on the VIPer12A-E off-line primary switcher.
