APEC 2013 Demos Announce The Emergence Of GaN-based Power Solutions

Recently there has been much discussion about the emergence of gallium nitride (GaN) based FETs and diodes. With improvements in processing, power devices based on this new material have moved from research to the production floor. In this column, Bindra describes how that reality will be reflected on the exhibit floor of the upcoming APEC conference.
