CIRCUITS Program Funds 21 Projects Using Wide-Bandgap Semiconductors Focus: The DoE’s Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E) announced $30 million in
funding for 21 projects as part of the Creating Innovative and Reliable Circuits Using
Inventive Topologies and Semiconductors (CIRCUITS) program. CIRCUITS projects leverage
a new class of efficient, lightweight, and reliable power converters based on wide-
bandgap semiconductor technology.
