NY Power Electronics Manufacturing Consortium Produces Its First SiC-Based Patterned Wafers

Focus:

At SUNY Polytechnic Institute's Albany NanoTech Complex, the New York Power Electronics Manufacturing Consortium (NY-PEMC) fabricated a SiC-based patterned wafer for the first time using its 150-mm SiC production line. This is considered an important milestone in NY_PEMC’s effort to put 6-inch SiC wafers into production.
