Highlights from WiPDA 2019

Focus:

In the PSMA’s quarterly newsletter, Mark Scott, the WiPDA 2019 Publicity Chair, reports highlights from the recent Workshop on Wide Bandgap Power Devices and Applications (WiPDA). This year’s workshop, which was well attended by SiC and GaN developers and users from industry and academia, included meetings of the JEDEC JC-70 committee, which is developing WBG standards, and the International Technology Roadmap on Wide Bandgap Semiconductors (ITRW).
