The International Workshop on Integrated Power Packaging (IWIPP) is envisioned to foster disruptive change in the development of power packaging technologies so that the performance potential of the latest power semiconductors, particularly fast-switching wide bandgap (WBG) semiconductors, can be fully realized in practical power electronics applications.
